Da! Mozhem and the Nema Problema Chorale are a joyful ensemble of friends united by their love for the rich musical traditions of the Balkans. Based in the Bay Area, they bring vibrant energy to dances, festivals, and community gatherings near and far. They’re delighted to share their music with you today—so get ready to dance, sing, and celebrate!

Kids can pick their favorite and watch it come to life—whether it’s a flower, a giraffe, or even a jet pack, there’s something magical for everyone!

The musicians are the second generation of Serbs in the San Diego and Sacramento area. Aki is returning for the second year at our festival, while the Vezmar band is a frequent entertainer at many church events.

Folk Dance Ensemble from Fair Oaks/Sacramento

Step into the rhythm of tradition with the Fair Oaks Folklore Program! Led by director Andjelka Gojkovich Gusak and instructors Sara Jovanovic and Goran Mitrakovic, our ensembles “Božur” (senior) and “Dunav” (junior) bring the spirit of Serbian folk dance to life. From lively kolo steps to heartfelt melodies, dancers of all ages are invited to celebrate heritage, movement, and community.

Returning for the second consecutive year, this beloved folk dance group brings the spirit of Serbia to life with every step.

Mladost Folklore Group – Bay Area
The Mladost Folklore Group of the Bay Area Serbian Orthodox Churches has been in existence for over twenty years. We represent St. John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in San Francisco, Holy Trinity in Moraga, and St. Archangel Michael in Saratoga. Our current group is comprised of youth  in grades 6 through 12. Our goal is to promote our Serbian heritage and culture for generations to come.

We have performed throughout the Bay Area and across the United States in such places as Sacramento, CA, Fresno, CA, Jackson, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Phoenix, Arizona, Third Lake, Illinois, Merrillville, Indiana, and Indianapolis, Indiana.

The youngest dancers of our parish are taking the stage, and they’re sure to steal hearts! Dressed in charming Serbian national costumes, these talented children bring both sweetness and skill to their performance. Expect proud parents and grandparents with cameras in hand, capturing every joyful moment of this unforgettable celebration of heritage at the food festival.
