This year’s Christmas celebration in Saratoga was truly beautiful, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who attended and helped make it so special. Your presence, support, and participation meant a lot to our parish.
We extend our gratitude to the event chairs, Susan Pavich, Rajka Macura, and Ljiljana Bjegović, for their excellent organization, as well as to the many dedicated volunteers who prepared a delicious Lenten dinner in the kitchen. Our sincere appreciation also goes to those who worked on the fire pit, the property lighting, the Badnjak trees and small Badnjaks, and to our Sunday School, who thoughtfully organized gifts for the children.
We are thankful to everyone who assisted with setting the tables, decorating, growing grass for the table decoration, donating walnuts, managing the bar and serving the vruca rakija, distributing tickets and candles, coordinating parking, and baking the prosphora for the services. Special gratitude goes to our Church Choir, Altar Boys, Board Members, the Kolo Sisters, and all who stayed to help with clean-up.
While it is impossible to name everyone individually without fear of missing someone, we trust that our loving God, who sees all, will bless your hands and hearts for the labor and love you have offered.
Thank you to all who came to support our parish, and we missed those who were unable to join us this year. May God bless you all.
