I am aiming to provide an open and relaxed ambiance where I would lead different topic discussions with the hope to generate over time a strong youth group with solid knowledge about their faith and with a zeal for doing good in this world, by being good Christians. I want them also to get to know each other better by giving them the opportunity to meet, talk and develop friendships between themselves, but also being connected with God and His Church.
Naturally, our teenagers, like all others, have numerous questions about life and mostly at this age identity questions. Ideally, they have also questions about God, faith, and spirituality. What is concerning me the most is, who is answering their questions now and how they are developing their relationship with God!?
I believe that with God’s help and your support we ought and can give our youth the right answer and teach them as much as possible about our Orthodox Christianity and wisdom to navigate through their life.
